Minimum age requirement

Accommodation is only available to applicants 18 years or older.
Shared apartments may have mixed-gender occupancy. We ensure, however, that women are not in the minority.

  • Fully furnished apartments, including heating, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), TV connection, and a room cleaning service
  • Each room: bed (90×200 cm) incl. Mattress and mattress protector, wardrobe, desk with office chair and rolling container, pin board with shelves, coat rack
  • Shared kitchen: microwave oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer, sink (Bed blanket, cushions and covers, towels, as well as cooking and eating utensils must be brought with you.)

Located on the site of the former Ankerbrotfabrik, an abandoned bread factory, 243 subsidized rental apartments and a student residence with 187 spaces have been created. Additionally, a special “Living & Working” program has been implemented in this urban quarter. People of all generations are welcome in the Bienvenue quarter, and its new residential unit will open in January 2025.
