By offering 171 places of accommodation in the "MY SKY" complex, the WBV-GPA is once again setting new standards.
Contrary to the common trend of offering young people living space that is increasingly luxurious, high maintenance and therefore more expensive, we focus on mature and independent residents who gladly go without laundry service, 24 hour care and the like in order to save money on a monthly basis without compromising their living comfort. All single rooms we offer are furnished complete with kitchens and sanitary rooms that are fully equipped.

 

Complete infrastructure

Even though our dormitory fees constitute a relatively affordable counterpoint to other newly built halls of residence, our residents don't have to miss any relevant infrastructure. Equipment and facilities are of high quality and come in a modern design. Sauna, fitness, bicycle and party rooms have become the usual standard by now and are naturally included here, as well. The accommodation fee does not only include a weekly room cleaning service but furthermore also includes an individual Wi-Fi broadband internet connection for every resident.

 

Perfect location

Our experience with (student-)dormitories in the locations Gasometer/Erdbergstraße and in Vienna's Seestadt Aspern has shown us that many young people appreciate the vicinity to green spaces in their living environment. The location of the dormitory at the Laaerberg convinces with its proximity to the green areas Laaer Wald and Böhmischer Prater. Having the new U1 underground station at the Verteilerkreis Favoriten within walking distance, our residents get to and around the city in no time.
